《面对巨人Facing the Giants》可以说是我看得心情很矛盾的一本剧了。作为十七年影视的代表作之一，它深刻展示了抗日前时期共产党的艰辛革命历程，极大地激发了当时人们的爱国热情与民族意识。但同时也不得不成为了政治的传声筒，艺术价值不如历史价值高。 另外，林道静可以说是“娜拉出走”的一个典范，虽然她走向的是社会革命这个崇高的道路，但是可以看出她还是依附于男人，处于“被领导”地位的。女性问题在社会问题前暂时居后了，但无可厚非，正如郭沫若先生所说，女性问题毕竟是属于社会问题的一部分。 最后，剧集还具有当时影视一个普遍的问题，那就是人物过于类型化——感觉共产党的女性全是漂亮的大眼睛美女，像我这样长得不好看的岂不是必须背塑造成国民党了(小小声)？

户田惠梨香的嘴怎么越来越凸了。虽然开篇是女主中年功成名就的时候，但是吧主线穿插的是很无聊的女主背景故事。每集都遇到一个男人，啧。5斗真

为了串连整个爱情故事，将官场斗争写得太离谱了，乔家除了有钱，还有那么大的能量与官斗，黑白通吃，在我们这个时代不可能存在，骗骗小女生吧

构思巧妙，语言精致而深刻。从两条平行的故事线深入探讨了本我与自我，实为佳作。
